So spring is here, and I'm pretty much obsessed with coral/orange. Especially nail polish. I really didn't notice how much of this color I have collected!
Here's a few of my favorites.
Essie in Come Here
One. Word. Amazing. It's bright and playful. It's kind of a red/orange/coral. I reallllllly like this formula. Sometimes I find it hit or miss with Essie, but this one is really nice. I've worn it a few times and gotten lots of complements on it. However, I believe it is limited edition so hurry out and get it while it lasts.
Revlon Color Stay in Seashell
This color is a great alternative to baby pink. I really like the Color Stay polishes because they are thick and shiny. Sometimes I only need one coat. These also do last a pretty long time without chipping. This polish is a little sheer so I needed about three coats to get the opaqueness that I really wanted. But it's really pretty and subtle, and I will be wearing a lot on my nails.
Wet N Wild Mega Last in Club Havana
It's only $1.99! And I know there are a few other cult favorites from Wet N Wild that I want. For that price you totally won't break the bank. This one is more of a true orange with a touch of coral. It's really pretty, and I find the formula is very similar to Revlon Color Stay polishes. However, it doesn't have quite the variety of colors that Revlon Color Stay has.

You Want Me To Drink That?
Apple Cider Vinegar.
I love anything vinegary. A lot of people hate it, so drinking vinegar may not be for you. But I've been reading into the benefits of drinking it. So I thought why not?
Some of the claims of apple cider vinegar:
-Weight loss
-Digestion support
-Rid toxins from the body
-Clear up skin
-Treat lice
-Treat warts
-Boost energy
-Prevent/treat disease.
WebMD has a great article/breakdown on apple cider vinegar. I will link it here. It gives you supported information and answered some of my questions.
I've been drinking it pretty regularly for about 3 weeks. About 3 table spoons a day. I just dilute it in my daily water. I recommend Bragg, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with The 'Mother', Raw-Unfiltered. I actually like it, my boyfriend, however finds it gross.

I can tell you that so far I do feel better in the tummy department. I've had a terrible acid stomach for a long time, but this seems to really help with it. Which doesn't make sense because the vinegar is pretty acidic. But read up/google it. It makes sense. All I know is I feel better and have less stomach pains.
I also find I have more energy in the mornings I drink it. Which is nice since I'm a pretty busy girl.
But the real reason I started drinking apple cider vinegar is my skin. It's not good. Simple as that. It was really bad in high school and accutane kept it under control (which is not something I would ever want to take again blehhh). As an adult I thought I would grow out of acne. Well, I haven't. It has gotten better, but I wanted really good clear skin.
Over the last 3 weeks of drinking this I can see a difference. My skin is almost completely clear. I still have a few small spots which are diminishing greatly. I can totally get away with a lot less makeup because of it. I can't tell you if this is completely attributed to vinegar. I have started to drink A LOT more water, and I know this is helping my skin as well. I think the combination of the two have really done wonders!

Moving Sale!
So about a month ago I moved into a brand new house. Which I still feel a little overwhelmed about because there is still a lot to do. So I just keep telling myself there no hurry, a little at a time, etc. My parents are also moving out of their house into a rental. They have a few months until their new place is all done. So lets just say I've been doing a ton of organizing, donating, and eBaying.
I just realized how much "stuff" had accumulated over the years especially in my parent's house. So it was time for some serious Spring cleaning.
I will be posting a few items on eBay every few days to move out my old clothes and accessories. Here's a sneak peek of what I have listed as of now.

I just added this last night. I think I paid about $250 for this a while back, but I'm starting its bids at $39.99. Total steal for a BCBG Max Azria Dress with light wear. Great for prom which is right around the corner!
It's amazing the deals you can find on eBay. Maybe I'll do a post on all my fun finds soon.
Until then check out my current listings here.

TGIF and the Start to Holiday Shopping
I don't know about y'all, but I sure am glad it's Friday. It's been one of those longggg ongoing weeks. Blah. But now it's Friday, which makes it all the better. Tonight I get to go teach my little kiddies some acrobats and then celebrate a friend birthday afterward. Always a good way to end the week.
Tomorrow, Saturday, I am off! It's been a while since I've had a Saturday with no plans. It's crazy. I was thinking I may get a head start on holiday shopping. It's only about 6 weeks away! Whoa.
I was thinking I would share some gift ideas with y'all today. These are things that are on my list, as well as great items to give.
In just a few weeks, I'll be moving into a brand new home, and I don't have much to fill it with except the basics. So a lot of Christmas list is small appliances/home goods (Not totally, since I'm a girlie girl and love clothes and makeup).
If you know of someone who loves to cook (or fake cook like I do) check out surlatable.com. They have some awesome ideas there.
This awesome little thing is on my list. It runs about $125-150, but I'm hoping it goes on sale. It's perfect size for me and I make a ton of smoothies. I'll link it here.
My must have item on my Christmas list is always new pajamas. I am such a nerd like that though. Victoria's Secret has great ones, but they can be pricey (you gotta catch a sale). Target has great sets by Nick and Nora. I have 2 pairs that I got years ago from Target that I still wear over and over again.
I totally need these. Only $29.99. They make great gifts too!
Another place I love the buy gifts is gifts.com They have soooooo many ideas for everyone on your list at every price. Check them out! There's a few other places that I do most of my shopping from, and I'll link them all below.

Clean and Vegan Fall Cookies!
Oh man,
Sometimes I feel like cooking. Mostly I don't. Butttttt I needed a sweet treat that wasn't left over Halloween candy. I ate too much already.
I was just looking at what I could make with what I had. I came across this recipe. Which I will link here. It's oatmeal and pumpkin cookies, which is totally appropriate for the season.
I modified it a bit, and here's mine!
Next time I think I'm gonna add walnuts or pecans for some extra crunch. But they are really good! I wasn't expecting to like them this much. I'm definitely gonna keep my hands on this recipe for future use.
